You may, at any time, request temporary or permanent exclusion from our Service. The self-exclusion options available are:
- Cooling-Off: your account will be suspended for at least 24 hours
- Temporary Suspension: your account will be suspended for at least 1 month
- Self-Exclusion: your account will be suspended for at least 3 months
- Permanent Self-Exclusion: your account will be permanently closed and you will not be able to re-open it
To request a cooling-off or temporary suspension, please contact us via any of our 24/7 channels and one of our support staff will be of assistance.
In the case of a permanent self-exclusion request, we will contact you with a view to returning any remaining funds in your account. Once the self-exclusion period has expired, your account will not automatically be re-activated.
Your account will only be considered for re-activation upon your own request and may only come into effect after 24 hours. If you would like to reactivate your account, please contact us for support.
