Sassuolo will take on Inter Milan in an Italian Serie A match at the MAPEI Stadium on November 28.
The Black and Greens secured a 2-0 victory over Hellas Verona away in their previous league game which was played on November 22.
The win extended Sassuolo's unbeaten run to eight matches in this competition having recorded three draws and five wins.

They are also undefeated in their last four home matches in Serie A having registered three draws and one victory.
Meanwhile, Inter secured a 4-2 win over Torino at home in their previous league game which was played on November 22.
The victory extended the Black and Blues' unbeaten run to four matches in this competition having recorded two wins and two draws.
They are also undefeated in their last 10 away games in the Serie A having registered four draws and six wins.

Antonio Conte, the Inter manager, says his side needs to improve despite their win over Torino.
"We also need to work hard to raise our concentration levels. Compared to how we finished last season, we’ve lost a lot of this," Conte said.
"So, we need to find that ferocity again. I hope that this game serves as a lesson for the future, because if we want to win something we need to be ready to roll up our sleeves and work hard to make life difficult for our opponents.
"Irrespective of our technical and athletic qualities, this is what is required.”
The last meeting between Sassuolo and Inter in the league was on 24 June 2020.
The two teams played to a 3-3 draw in a match which was played at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza.
