Milan, Verona continue battle for Europa League spots

Hellas Verona will travel to the Stadio Artemio Franch where they will face Fiorentina in an Italian Serie A match on July 12.
 
The Mastiffs, who are hoping to qualify for the UEFA Europa League, are winless in their last seven away matches in the league having recorded two defeats and five draws.
 
Currently placed eighth on the league standings, Verona suffered a 2-0 defeat to Brescia in their last away match which was played on July 05.
 
However, they defeated Fiorentina 1-0 in their last league match which was played at the Stadio Marc'Antonio Bentegodi on 24 November 2019.
 
While Milan, who are placed seventh on the league standings, will be away to Napoli at the Stadio San Paolo on July 12.

The Red and Blacks are undefeated in their last four away matches in the league having recorded two draws and two defeats.
 
They secured an impressive 3-0 victory over a hapless Lazio side in their last away match which played July 05.
 
Stefano Pioli, the Milan manager, says it is important for his side to dominate every match which they play.
 
"In every game, the only facts which interest me are the number of chances created and the number of shots taken," Pioli said.
 
"As well as how much we give away to our opponents. We want to always control matters on the pitch."
 
Milan and Napoli played to a 1-1 draw in their last league match which was played at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza on 23 November 2019.
 
Lastly, Bologna are placed ninth on the league standings and they are set to face Parma at the Stadio Ennio Tardini on July 12.
 
The Red and Blues are unbeaten in their last two away matches in the league having registered two successive wins.
 
They recorded a morale-boosting 2-1 win over Inter Milan in their last away game which was played on July 05.
 
Bologna and Parma played to a 2-2 draw in their last league match which was played at the Stadio Renato Dall'Ara on 24 November 2019.
