The Cityzens will wrap up the 2020-21 title with victory over the Blues - who they could face in the Uefa Champions League final - this weekend.

Following the postponement of Manchester United's match versus Liverpool, City have their destiny in their own hands and Pep Guardiola is eager to wrap up the league as soon as possible.

"As soon as possible," said Guardiola when asked when he wants his team to be confirmed as champions, following their 2-0 win at Crystal Palace. City are 13 points clear of United in second.

"Again it is in our hands. If we don't win it tomorrow, we try to do it next week, if not next week, the next week. We have four games to be champions."

Chelsea are unbeaten in four Premier League matches and moved a step closer to a top four finish with a 2-0 win over struggling Fulham.

"This win is crucial for us," Kai Havertz, who scored both of Chelsea's goals, told Sky Sports.

"It felt good to score early, that gave me confidence. For me, it's always good to score and I'm happy to help the team with goals.

"I'm always desperate to start games... I know of course that we have a lot of quality players in the team... But I keep on going, I train hard and give my best when I'm on the pitch."
