Borussia Dortmund will renew their rivalry with Bayern Munich in the German Bundesliga match at the Signal Iduna Park on May 26.
 
The Black and Yellows secured a routine 2-0 win over Wolfsburg away in their previous league match which was played on May 23.
 
It was Dortmund's sixth successive win in the league. They are also undefeated in their last six matches in the competition.
 
Furthermore, they are undefeated in their last 14 home matches in the Bundesliga having recorded 11 wins and three draws.
 
Meanwhile, Bayern are coming off a 5-2 win over Eintracht Frankfurt at home in their previous league match which was played on May 23.

  
It was the Bavarians' sixth consecutive league victory. They are also undefeated in their last 13 matches in the competition.
 
Furthermore, Bayern are undefeated in their last six away matches in the Bundesliga having registered six victories in a row.
 
Thomas Muller, the Bayern forward, is oozing with confidence ahead of their top of the league log clash with their rivals Dortmund.
 
"Against Dortmund we'll show we can play with an extreme amount of passion, even without spectators," Muller said.
 
"It's a crucial week for us. We've set out to achieve three victories. We're marching on. Dortmund are marching on.
 
"We have reason to look forward to Tuesday. We want the title in Munich, where it belongs."
 
The last time Dortmund took on Bayern in a league match was on 11 November 2019. The Bavarians secured an impressive 4-0 win over the Black and Yellows in a match which was played at the Allianz Arena.
